Last night the United Way of Indiana County had the privilege to attend the 4th Annual Excellence in Education Event at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex. Generously sponsored by and hosted by the Indiana County Chamber of Commerce.
Each year, communities across the country come together for one powerful day of giving—and here in Indiana County, we’re proud to be part of it.
We at the United Way of Indiana County are happy to participate in the National Association of Letter Carriers’ Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive, the largest one-day food drive in the nation. Held annually on the second Saturday in May, this incredible initiative mobilizes letter carriers, volunteers, and residents to help restock local food pantries just as supplies often begin to run low.
April is Global Volunteer Month—a time to recognize and celebrate the individuals who give their time, energy, and passion to strengthen our community. At United Way of Indiana County, our volunteers are the driving force behind everything we do. Their commitment doesn’t just support our mission—it fuels it.
The United Way of Indiana County proudly announced the success of its 2025 “Strength in Unity” Campaign during its annual Community Campaign Celebration held on March 27th at the Indiana Country Club.
