United Way Honors Roger Reschini

Greg Sipos, Chair of the 2012 United Way of Indiana County (UWIC) Campaign, at the Campaign Kick Off celebration on September 12 presented Joe Reschini with an award recognizing and honoring his father, the late Roger Reschini of Indiana, for his history of strong support not just for United Way, but for many other organizations and programs serving and supporting the residents of Indiana County. The Reschini Agency has established a long tradition as a United Way Pacesetter, setting an example for others to follow by holding their campaign early and providing a generous corporate donation, as well. Reschini Agency employees have set their own tradition of 100% participation and 100% fair share giving. Greg also announced at the kick off that UWIC will continue to honor Roger Reschini through the newly established Roger Reschini Award for those organizations that reach 100% participation during the campaign. The award will be given out at UWIC’s annual meeting held each February.
