2011 Campaign Kickoff

A Night of Talent!

There were lights! There was action!  And sounds of rollicking laughter poured from the windows of the Rustic Lodge as the United Way of Indiana County officially kicked off its 2011 Campaign with a celebration filled with fun, exciting performances and great food.  The event raised nearly $8,000, which will go back out into the community, supporting programs serving the residents of Indiana County.  Special thanks go out to the performers:  the IUP Men's and Women's Basketball teams assisted by Sue Hewitt of Sue Hewitt Dance Studio, and the Uptown Fitness Group.  Our judges, John Ogden, Carl Kologie and Paula Good kept everyone in stitches, and managed to give everyone a perfect score!  The event also included enhanced live, silent and Chinese auctions of goods and services provided by the Indiana County community.  And our true appreciation goes out to our sponsors:  The Reschini Group, The Flower Gallery, Ken Arthur's Best DJ's, and Claudia Brown.
